General appointments:

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in an exam fee charge, payable in full before booking future appointments.

Surgeries & Dental Procedures:
A deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount is applied toward the procedure. To cancel or reschedule without penalty, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
